Product Overview:
 
  The OLT-1408 Optical Line Terminal (OLT), which uses Gigabit Ethernet Passive Network (EPON) technology, is a 1U high-density system rack with L2/L3 Gigabit switching and routing capabilities. The various functional components of the whole machine are all modular in design, support hot swap, plug and play. The uplink port can select 1~4 Gigabit optical ports or electrical ports to provide a direct connection to the IP backbone network. The downlink port can select 1~8 EPON optical ports, and the optical network unit (ONU) is connected through the passive optical network (PON) to complete the final transmission to the user with up to 1 Gbps bandwidth.
 
  The OLT-1408 optical line terminal has carrier-class security and network management functions. Convergence, speed and economy of the EPON networking. Relying on the high quality and high cost performance of the product, it is the best transmission platform for FTTx fiber access network to realize triple play.
