  The HWA4400 series is a fixed gain amplifier (Fixed Gain EDFA) designed for the C-Band DWDM optical transmission system, which meets the communication technical requirements of the C-Band 44-wave DWDM system. The amplifier uses today's superior optical performance, advanced electronic control technology and complete software features. Excellent fully integrated electronic transient control technology ensures amplifiers are locked to the optimal flat gain OFG (Optical Flat Gain) over a wide dynamic input optical power range.
 
  The HWA4400 uses the world's top brand of pump lasers, advanced electronic circuits and low power design, which greatly reduces the thermal power consumption of the whole machine. Perfect FGC, ATC control, good ventilation and heat dissipation design ensure long life and high reliability of PUMP Laser. The front panel LCD provides operating parameters and alarms for the entire unit. RS232 and RJ45 provide serial communication and SNMP network management interface. The light is lost and the laser is automatically turned off, providing laser safety protection.
 
  The HWA4400 is suitable for DWDM power amplifiers (BA) and DWDM preamplifiers (PA).
